Congress urged to bolster Children’s Hospitals GME funding

Over 30 organizations urged Congress to increase funding for the Children’s Hospitals Graduate Medical Education program in 2024. This program currently trains 60% of the nation’s pediatric specialists but receives just 2% of federal spending on graduate medical education.
